Your images stay on your device
HiResly enhances images and PDF pages using an AI model bundled with the app. Import, preview, enhancement and export are processed on your own phone or tablet. We do not receive your images, PDFs, filenames or generated outputs. Your images are not used to train our models. Original files are not modified.
HiResly does not require a HiResly account and contains no advertising, advertising identifiers or usage analytics. The app has no Internet permission. Google Play handles purchases through its own service.
Files and permissions
You choose the local images, PDFs and folders that HiResly can access. Depending on your Android version and choices, access uses Android’s photo/media permissions or permissions for selected files and folders. Cloud import providers are excluded. You can revoke permissions in Android Settings.
Imported files and working copies are held in app-private storage. Temporary working files older than 24 hours are removed when the app next opens. Android may remove cache files sooner. The latest completed batch and the source copies needed to reopen it remain locally until replaced, app storage is cleared or HiResly is uninstalled.
Exports are saved to the location you select. They remain there when you uninstall HiResly and can be removed using your file manager. HiResly excludes its private app data from Android backup and device transfer. Files saved elsewhere follow the settings of that storage location.
Sharing is optional. When you tap Share and select another app, Android gives that app access to your selected export. The receiving app may transmit or retain it under its own settings and privacy policy.
Free use and Google Play purchases
The app stores the number of successful free image/PDF-page generations and any internal access allowance locally. Previews and repeated saving or sharing do not use additional free generations.
HiResly Pro is an optional, non-consumable, one-time purchase through Google Play. Google handles checkout, payment credentials and the Google account used for the purchase. HiResly does not receive your card or bank details or require you to provide a Google password to HiResly.
The app receives a signed purchase record, including the product, purchase token and purchase status. It verifies and stores this record locally to unlock Pro and keep verified access available offline. It checks purchase status and confirms completed purchases through Google Play. We do not operate a developer server receiving these purchase records from the app.
Buying or restoring Pro requires Google Play and a connection. Google processes purchase and service data under its own terms and privacy policy. Transaction information made available to the publisher through Google Play may be used to administer purchases, handle refunds, respond to support requests and meet accounting obligations. Google’s transaction records are separate from local HiResly app storage.
Contact and your choices
If you contact the publisher, the information you choose to send is used to respond to your request and, where necessary, administer the purchase or fulfil legal obligations. Please do not send images or other personal information unless needed for your request. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the matter and meet applicable retention requirements.
Clear HiResly’s app storage or uninstall it to remove its local files, settings, usage counters and cached purchase record. This does not cancel a Google Play purchase. Restore a purchase using the same Google account. Delete saved exports separately and contact Google about records held by Google.
Where applicable, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data held by the publisher, restriction of processing, or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority. Contact mr.steiner@mail.de to exercise these rights. We cannot retrieve or delete images that remain solely on your device.
The app is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app.
Website and changes
This policy concerns HiResly. Visiting the publisher’s website may involve separate website processing, described in the website privacy policy. Any changes to HiResly’s data practices will be reflected in this policy and its update date.
